These terms govern use of EstimateKit, an instant-estimate, quoting, invoicing, and scheduling platform operated by Real Intelligence Ops (“RealIntelOps”, “we”). By creating an account or using the service you agree to these terms.

The service

EstimateKit lets service businesses publish estimate widgets, send quotes and invoices, accept bookings, and receive notifications. Estimates produced by the platform are ballpark figures generated from the business’s own pricing configuration — the final price is always between the business and its customer. EstimateKit is a software tool, not a party to any service contract between a business and its customers.

Accounts & acceptable use

• You are responsible for your account credentials and for the accuracy of the pricing, quotes, and invoices you send.
• You may only message customers who have provided their contact information to you and expect to hear from you.
• No unlawful, deceptive, or abusive use; no attempts to access other tenants’ data.

Billing

Paid plans are billed monthly through Stripe. You can cancel anytime; access continues to the end of the billing period. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.

SMS messaging terms

EstimateKit sends transactional SMS only (lead, booking, and quote-status alerts to opted-in business owners; quote and invoice links to customers who provided a phone number). Message frequency varies with account activity. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to cancel at any time or HELP for help (or email hello@realintelops.com). Consent to receive texts is not a condition of purchase. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Our full data practices, including SMS consent handling, are described in the Privacy Policy.

Content & AI features

Businesses retain ownership of their content (logos, photos, pricing). When the AI visuals feature is enabled, concept images are generated from property photos with the photo owner’s consent and are clearly conceptual — not construction drawings or promises of a finished result.

Disclaimers & liability

The service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, RealIntelOps’s total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the fees you paid in the three months before the claim arose. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for disputes between a business and its customers.
