Privacy Policy

EstimateKit (“we”, “us”) is an instant-estimate, quoting, and invoicing platform for service businesses, operated by Real Intelligence Ops (“RealIntelOps”). This policy explains what we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. It applies to estimatekit.realintelops.com, our embedded estimate widgets, and messages we send on behalf of the businesses that use EstimateKit.

Information we collect

• Account information — name, email, business name, and password (stored hashed) when a business signs up.
• Business configuration — services, pricing, branding, notification preferences.
• Customer and lead information — when you request an estimate, book an appointment, or receive a quote or invoice from a business using EstimateKit, we process the details you provide (name, email, phone, service address, project details, and optional property photos) on that business’s behalf.
• Payment information — subscription billing is processed by Stripe; we never store card numbers.
• Usage data — standard logs (IP address, browser, pages viewed) for security and reliability.

How we use information

• Provide the service: generate estimates, deliver quotes and invoices, schedule appointments.
• Send transactional notifications by email and, where enabled, by SMS (see below).
• Process subscription payments and prevent fraud and abuse.
• Improve reliability, security, and product features.

SMS / text messaging

EstimateKit sends transactional text messages only — we do not send marketing or promotional texts. Two kinds of messages exist:

• Business-owner alerts — new lead, new booking, cancellation, and quote-accepted alerts, sent only to business owners who opt in by enabling SMS alerts and entering their phone number in their notification settings.
• Customer service messages — a link to view a quote or invoice you are expecting, sent only when you have provided your phone number to that business and the business has enabled customer texts.

Message frequency varies with account activity. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time, or HELP for help. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of any purchase.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent are not shared with any third parties, except with our SMS delivery provider (Twilio) solely to deliver the messages you have requested.

Sharing

We do not sell personal information. We share data only with the service providers required to run EstimateKit: Supabase (database and authentication), Vercel (hosting), Stripe (billing), Resend (transactional email), Twilio (SMS delivery), Google Maps (address and property measurement), and Google (AI image generation for concept renders, when a business enables that feature). Each processes data only on our instructions. We may disclose information if required by law.

Retention & security

Data is retained while an account is active and for a reasonable period afterward for legal and accounting purposes. Data is encrypted in transit, access is role-restricted, and each business’s data is isolated at the database layer.

Your choices

You can update or delete your business account data from your dashboard, opt out of SMS by replying STOP, and request access to or deletion of your personal information by emailing us. If you are a customer of a business that uses EstimateKit, that business controls your data — contact them directly, or email us and we will assist.
